Hi! My name is Jennifer Dunham and I am a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach.

What’s a Holistic Wellness Coach? I am trained with a unique combination of education and experience, to support you in conquering life challenges, by working with the elements of wellness that make up your own unique and individual life.

Our time together will be based upon a holistic 12 element approach which will help you create positive and lasting changes to better balance in all areas of your life.

I specialize in guiding you through stressful times, and transforming that stress into life awesomeness. This helps you and helps your entire family!

We can schedule one on one sessions, OR you can choose from any of the programs below. Whichever way you decide, you will be in for a positive experience which will be really helpful to whatever is happening for you in life right now.

  • Talk Sessions:

    Sometimes it’s nice to process or explore thoughts with someone other than friends or family. This one-time professional session will allow you to do just that. When your session ends, you will have a plan and come away with ideas on how best to move forward.

    One on One Session Price 60 mins - $135.00

  • Coaching Sessions:

    If life right now seems confusing or hard to manage, I am here to help you understand the root of some of your challenges. I will support you in identifying which elements are most out of balance for you, and guide you in a plan to help you feel better, feel more confident, and be healthier in body and mind. You will build an action plan and receive lots of tools for support!

Join this 90 minute introductory workshop to learn about the 12 elements of wellness and how they interact with each other to affect your health and your life:

Dive into the elements of:

  1. Body: your body as a laboratory of life.

  2. Relationships: personal, professional, community and with yourself.

  3. Finances: money and abundance.

    If you have life challenges you would like to improve, this overview will show you how to naturally approach to your needs, in a way that is unique to you. This program addresses the top 3 causes of stress and guides you to making impactful improvements that support not only you, but your family as well.
    You will leave with your own action plan and receive a “What’s your Wellness Score” template to help guide your exploration of what’s next.

Stress Survive and Thrive

I want you to know you can survive very stressful times, successfully. It’s true! Dedicating this time now, will help spare you pain, hardships and potentially health problems in the future. You can create lasting, positive outcomes for not only yourself, but for your family, for decades to come.

There are many elements which impact your wellness, however 3 elements in particular must be taken care of, so you can avoid mental breakdown and support your health and wellness.

This workshop series offers 3 group virtual and 3 one on one coaching sessions for a total of 6 one hour sessions. In between each virtual group session, you will schedule your personal one on one coaching session. Throughout our time together you will learn how you can be stronger for yourself and for your family. You will be able to show up with a positive presence and more control over your situation and your entire life. The life transformation you will achieve in dedicating this time will have positive impact for your and for your family for decades to come.

Workshop Sessions

  • As we look at the external, internal and symbolic layers of REST, you will discover your own individualized way of recovering your energy experiencing a greater feeling of well-being, and most importantly, enhanced mental clarity.

  • We will explore your unique life situation. I will guide you with a coaching technique which will allow you to discover your best path for growing, moving forward. This will allow you to discover and explore elements you want to work on and create a plan to try!

  • Here we will explore the internal, external and symbolic layers of MINDSET, the power to propel you into a thriving future which will create lasting impact for your wellness, and the wellness of your family for decades to come.

  • In this next one on one session together, we will check in with what is happening with you since our first one on one time and review possibilities for next steps. We can incorporate actions from the elements you have already learned about OR we can look at other Elements of Wellness which you think may be out of balance and how you may want to address those. And review and reflect how things are going and how your are feelings about changes so far. You will create your plan for next steps.

  • The element of AIR not only provides us with proper fuel for our body, but also affects how we “accept”, “control”, and “let go”. This powerful time together will pave the start to successfully going through change with 6 key steps to igniting your inner fire.

  • During this last scheduled one on one session together, we can review how you are doing compared to how you were doing at the start of this workshop. We will review what has been working well and explore the next steps you can take for the future.

    Upon completion of this workshop series, you will have individualized tools, templates and references to further support your journey. Best of all, you will have greater ability to manage the demands of this stage and be well for yourself and for your family.
